Art Themes Rooted
in the Legend of Maa Durga

Every theme is inspired by the real stories and symbols of Durga Puja. Young artists can pick whichever speaks to them most — there's no wrong way to celebrate the Goddess.

Durga's Ten Mighty Arms
Each of Maa Durga's ten hands holds a divine weapon gifted by the gods — a trident, a sword, a lotus. Draw her in all her power.

The Great Battle
Maa Durga rides her lion into battle against the shape-shifting demon Mahishasura — nine days of courage ending in victory.
