By accessing or using utsov.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. UTSOV Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and event-related materials — is the property of UTSOV Inc. and is protected by United States copyright law.

You may view and print content from this Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Site content without the prior written permission of UTSOV Inc.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means
• Impersonate UTSOV Inc., its organizers, volunteers, or any other individual
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications through our contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its hosting infrastructure

4. Event Tickets & Attendance

When ticket sales are open for UTSOV Durga Puja 2026:

• All ticket purchases are subject to availability
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by UTSOV Inc.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable New Jersey law or in the event UTSOV cancels or significantly alters the event
• UTSOV Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the community
• Event details including schedule, performers, and venue are subject to change. UTSOV will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes

UTSOV is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. A portion of ticket proceeds supports our charitable programs. The tax-deductible portion of your ticket purchase, if any, will be disclosed at time of purchase.

5. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to external websites (such as sponsor websites, social media platforms, and partner organizations). These links are provided for convenience only. UTSOV Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.

6. Photography & Recording at Events

By attending UTSOV Durga Puja 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of event documentation. UTSOV Inc. may use such images and recordings for promotional purposes, including on this website and social media, without additional compensation or notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. UTSOV Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTSOV Inc., its organizers, officers, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or attendance at UTSOV events. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to UTSOV in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.
