UTSOV Inc. ("UTSOV," "we," "our," or "us") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in New Jersey, USA. We host the annual UTSOV Durga Puja celebration and operate the website at utsov.org. Our registered address is 46 Linden Ln, Plainsboro, NJ 08536.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit utsov.org, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form. This may include:

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. Our website is hosted on Google Firebase, which may log basic server access data (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) as part of standard hosting operations. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or question
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities, sponsorship discussions, or event passes
• Send you event updates or announcements, if you have indicated interest

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube — external links to our social media pages. Clicking these links takes you to third-party platforms governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

UTSOV does not place any cookies on your device. Google Firebase and Google Fonts may use functional cookies or similar technologies as part of their standard service delivery. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of active engagement and for up to one year thereafter, after which they are deleted. You may request early deletion at any time by emailing us at utsov@utsov.org.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
